This article will guide you on how to easily restore and reactivate your IB account. Your IB account may be archived if it has been inactive for 180 days and there is no balance in the account.
Simple Steps to Follow
You can reactivate your IB account directly from the Partner Area:

Locate the Banner:
If your IB account is archived, you will see a banner notification in your Partner Area. This banner informs you that your account has been archived due to inactivity.

Follow the Instructions:
Click on the Unarchive button located within the banner notification. This will initiate the reactivation process.

Wait for Activation:
Once you click on the Unarchive button, your IB account will be reactivated within a few minutes. Please wait for the process to complete.
Note: While your account is archived, no new clients will be assigned to your IB account, and you will not receive any IB commission during this period.
