This article explains how the rebates system functions for JustMarkets Partners and how clients receive rebates from trading activity. You’ll also find clear examples to help understand how rebates are calculated.
What Are Rebates?
Rebates are a portion of the IB (Introducing Broker) commission that a Partner shares with their clients. They serve as a reward for the client’s trading activity and help increase loyalty and retention.
Rebates are:
- Enabled by default for all Partners
- Configured manually per trading account. (See: How to manage rebates)
- Credited automatically once per day to the client’s trading account
How Are Rebates Credited?
Once you’ve set the rebate percentage for a client’s trading account, the system calculates and transfers the rebate daily based on:
Formula:
Rebate = Received commission × (Rebate % ÷ 100)
Examples
Example 1: EUR/USD – Standard Account
- Partner Level: Silver
- Received Commission: $7
- Rebate %: 40%
Calculation:
- 7 × (40 ÷ 100) = $2.80
- The client receives $2.80 in rebates.
Example 2: WTI – Pro Account
- Partner Level: Advanced
- Received Commission: $20
- Rebate %: 75%
Calculation:
- 20 × (75 ÷ 100) = $15
- The client receives $15 in rebates.
Final Notes
Rebates are a powerful marketing tool for partners.
They help you retain clients, increase trading volumes, and grow your overall IB earnings.
