What requirements should I fulfill to qualify for the prizes?
There are 2 criteria that matter in your progress:
The Qualified trading volume should reach a target.
The Number of New active clients in the last 3 calendar months should be equal to or more than 10.
How are the requirements calculated?
Qualified trading volume is calculated for each client signed up by you since your registration date, and for existing Partners since the date of the Partner Loyalty Program launch. Qualified trading volume excludes trading volume derived from error, fraud, or any doubtful operations. Volume generated by clients in the Welcome account type is not considered “qualified trading volume”.
The number of New active clients in the last 3 calendar months should be equal to or more than 10. A "New Active Client" is defined as a client who has at least 7 unique trading days within a 3-month period following their first trade. Exception: Days where the client's Net-position is zero (fully locked/hedged trades) do not count as active trading days.
If you generate trading volume but do not have the required 10 new active clients, that volume is temporarily held in a "Pending Volume" status. If you fulfill the 10-client requirement before the end of the month, the Pending Volume instantly unlocks and converts into Qualified trading volume, triggering any applicable milestone upgrades. If you fail to meet the 10-client requirement by the end of the month, the accumulated Pending Volume for that month burns out (resets to 0) and will not be added to the progress bar.
Grace Period Provisions
For Existing Partners: A 2-month transition Grace Period is implemented upon the updated program's launch. During this timeframe, all generated trading volume is instantly credited as Qualified trading volume. However, to unlock a milestone and claim a prize during this Grace Period, the existing Partner must maintain a total of at least 10 Active Clients (comprising a combined sum of existing and new active clients).
For New Partners: A Grace Period is activated immediately upon the Partner receiving their first IB revenue and remains effective for a fixed number of calendar days (30 days). During this designated timeframe, all generated trading volume shall be instantly credited as Qualified trading volume, and the New Active Clients requirement shall be temporarily waived, allowing the new Partner to unlock milestones and claim prizes without client restrictions. This provision shall permanently apply to all newly registered Partners moving forward and is strictly a one-time provision.
What prizes can I receive?
In addition to numerous cash prizes, we offer you such valuable prizes as gadgets, luxury watches, international trips, yacht holidays, and even a luxury car! No matter what milestone you have achieved, you can always choose a cash alternative to the valuable prize if it suits your needs better. Our Key Account Managers will contact partners eligible for prizes at the beginning of each month. After this, it will take nearly 2 weeks to process and issue a prize for you. How can I track my progress in the Partner Loyalty Program?
You can check Partner Loyalty results in the Partner Area, page Dashboard. There you can find your current result for each target and how much is missing for a new milestone. Along with targets, you can see how gradually your progress moves from milestone to milestone, what prizes are already unlocked for you, and which ones are still ahead.
