Why clients might not receive rebates

This article will help Partners understand and resolve common issues regarding rebate payments. If your clients haven’t received their rebates, don’t worry — the solution may be simple.

At JustMarkets, rebates are automatically credited to clients’ trading accounts once a day and are deducted from the Partner’s earned commission.

Below are the most common reasons why a client may not receive a rebate — along with guidance on how to fix each situation.

1. Rebates Not Set Up for the Trading Account

  • Reason: Rebates are set per trading account. If a client opens a new trading account, the rebate settings do not apply automatically — they must be set manually for each account.

  • Solution: Check the rebate settings in your Partner Area for that specific trading account: Client Rebate List

2. Client Did Not Close Orders

  • Reason: Rebates are credited based on closed trades only. If the client has open orders that haven’t been closed yet, no commission is generated, and rebates cannot be applied.

  • Solution: Wait for the client to close their trades. The rebates will be credited automatically on the next daily cycle.

3. Technical Issue

  • Reason: In rare cases, technical issues may prevent rebates from being credited even if all other conditions are met.

  • Solution: If the problem doesn’t match any of the reasons above, please contact our team via Support Hub
